Building

What we're making.

This is where our own products live. There are two: one running its first pilot, one still being tested as an idea. Which is which is written on each of them, because a page that blurs those two together is a page you cannot use.

The first one

Lightpass.

Prospecting is the part of sales everybody agrees matters and nobody has time to do properly. Lightpass does the work instead of handing you another system to run it with — the research, the approach, the sending, the watching for replies. Your team gets the ones worth a conversation.

In pilot
  1. You supply three things

Your company name, your website and a list of companies you are entitled to approach. It reads the site and drafts the description of your business itself, for you to correct and approve. You do not write it, and you do not tidy the list first.

  2. Every prospect is researched, not templated

One company at a time, on the open web, with the sources kept and readable afterwards. The message is written from that research and from what your business actually does. There is no campaign-wide template sitting underneath it.

  3. It sends from your mailbox, not ours

Outreach goes out from a mailbox on your own domain that you set up and authorise. You own the mailbox and you own the replies. We receive the authority the approved campaign needs and nothing beyond it.

  4. Nothing reaches anyone until you say go

Four separate approvals sit between the list you upload and the first email, and paying is not one of them. Payment buys research and drafting inside the scope you fixed. A later, separate decision — yours — is what permits contact.

What comes back is a lead with its working shown: who they are, what we found, what they said and the reason it counted. It does not promise you replies. It promises that the work gets done the same way every time, and that you see it before anyone else does.

Where it is · Lightpass

In its first pilot.

One customer, one supervised campaign, released in small batches rather than one send. It is not open to new customers while we are still learning what the first one teaches us, and we would rather say that than take a deposit against a date. Lightpass gets its own front door at lightpass.app when it opens more widely. If you want the slot after this one, write to us — a person replies.

The second one

Moonbound.

Most people are capable of considerably more than they can see from wherever they happen to be standing. Moonbound is for anyone, not only for the people who could always afford someone in their corner. It is still being tested as an idea.

In validation
  1. You are carrying more than you think

Everything you have done, learnt, survived and quietly got good at. Most of it never gets counted, because nothing has ever been able to hold all of it at once and make sense of it.

  2. The ground is moving

What is possible for someone with your particular combination of experience is changing faster than anyone can reasonably keep track of. Paths open. Others close quietly, and nobody writes to tell you.

  3. Knowing is not the same as becoming

Most people do not need more information about what they could do with their life. They need something that stays with them long enough for it to actually happen.

Moonbound is intended to make itself unnecessary. Success would be you becoming more capable, not opening it more often.

What it is not

Four things it is not.

Not a chatbot with a personality

A friendly voice that knows nothing useful about you is a party trick. The tone was never the interesting part, and it is not what we have spent our time on.

Not a productivity tracker

It has no interest in your step count, your focus hours or your streak. Measuring how busy you were is not the same as knowing whether you are going anywhere.

Not advice dressed as certainty

Where something is a guess, it will say so. Confident answers to questions nobody can answer confidently are how people get badly misled about their own lives.

Not somewhere you are meant to live

No feed, no streak, no reason manufactured to bring you back daily. You should arrive with a question and leave when you have an answer.

Where it is · Moonbound

Still being tested as an idea.

We reviewed it properly in August 2026 and decided not to build the full thing yet. The question we are answering first is whether the people we think need this actually want it, which is cheaper to find out now than after a year of engineering. Moonbound processes no personal data today, and it gets its own front door before it opens.

Tell us what is in your way.

A problem you have been working around for years, something you want built, or the slot after this one on the Lightpass pilot. We would like to hear from you.
